THE MACHINE INCLUDES:

- Automatic accurate device for Pre-register of each color.
- Micrometer pressure regulation for the squeegee head and flood coater.

This Proditec camera (Film Window) and fully automatic development system was manufactured in 1999 but is still in very good condition and has been serviced every year.
The approximate throughput on a frame size of 2,500 mm x 2,100 mm is 10 screens per hour. Larger frames can be accommodated (Approx. 3,000 mm x 2,400 mm).
The overall foot print required to put in the full automated system 17 metres x 17 metres as a tee shape as the camera is long and skinny and the same with the load and develop.
The equipment is no longer in use but could be seen running by prior arrangement. The current owner would be willing to provide 1 day free training.
When this equipment was purchased it cost 306,000.
